We love the new live roof we did atop a garden shed at our recent project in Little Compton, RI. The homeowners have been so conscientious and the architect, Gale Goff of Estes/Twombly Architects, so creative, it's been a pleasure to be a part of the whole project.

We are underway with another project by Estes Twombly Architects --this time on Poppasquash Point in Bristol, RI. We look forward to working with Jim Estes and his firm on another exciting project.

Jake + Victoria spent 2 days at the RDC Conference in Boston. We attended many interesting seminars, most of which focused on green building design and techniques. The good news is we've been building pretty green all along -- the better news is that we learned how to be even better at it. We also had the pleasure of hearing some great architects talk about their work and about residential design in New England.

We've demo-d and are rebuilding a summer vacation house on Atlantic Ave. designed by Brooke Girty. Scheduled for completion mid summer
