This beauty sits on the edge of Warren's Point with panoramic views of the Atlantic and Sakonnet Point Lighthouse. We were honored and excited to take on this historic Victorian renovation. With respect to the history and good bones of the house, we undertook a total gut job, bringing it up to todays standards and upgrading the finishes. The architects reoriented the entrance to face the driveway (it previously faced the ocean where there once was a road along the bluff!) and opened up the floor plan on the first floor. Our custom millwork team took great care with all the interior details and our carpenters and painters had to hold off the urge to go fishing and/or surfing depending on who you talked to.
